Too much Vitamin E

The risk of too much Vitamin E is low.

Possible symptoms of a vitamin E overdose are:
  • fatigue
  • diarrhea
  • weakness
  • headache
  • blurred
  • nausea
  • vision
  • flatulence

Tolerance Upper Intake levels (UL):
